OK well the rules are the following;
0.you break them once, you get a warning, twice, severe warning, more than three times and you will be dealt with harshly.
1.Be polite, don't harass another user just about his/her personality or post quailty.
2.If a user does offend you be sure to PM a staff member.
3.Don't swear heaps , you can swear, just not directed at someone that offends them in anyway.
4.Don't post in more than 48 day old threads, so if a thread is more than 21 days old DON'T post in them or they will be locked.
5.If your thread is locked just PM a staff member to unlock it.
6.In Threads the author may update there thread after 21 days by adding something to them NOT JUST A COMMENT.
7.If you want something to be locked PM Staff.
8.If you have an animation thread already don't make another one just update your first thread by hitting the edit button.
9.Follow the courtesy rule which is where when someone posts on your animation thread and leave a decent comment, they can ask for courtesy. Meaning that you follow a link to there thread and leave comment there too.
10.No porn FULLSTOP
11.If a User who is part of a usergroup that can Moderate abuses their power they will be Warned, relinquished their rank or just banned depending of the content that he/she moderated.
12.Advertise this site as much as you can, Chocolate Bear needs more members and when we have enoug members we can start collaborations, celebrations and Forum wide events.
13.Don't spam a thread, meaning you go off topic to much.
14.Give decent comments in animation threads not just, "you rock" or "you suck". Try and make them a bit better than that.
15.Don't litter the forum with smileys e.g. My Thread Don't over use them otherwise it will make the forum look...silly.
16.If you moderate a post you edit in your rank colour and name and then comment
e.g.Dr Taco:That is extremely offensive!
17.Don't post more than 3 times in a row, unless your updating.
18.If your new your 1st post must go in the entrance hall. (now Optional)
